Vendor Policy

Applies to: All vendors, instructors, or service providers listing products, offering services, or participating in Beautiful Homeschoolers events, programs, or the Marketplace.

 

Beautiful Homeschoolers is committed to providing safe, enriching, and respectful opportunities for homeschooling families. This policy outlines expectations for any individual or business offering goods or services through our website or in-person programming.

Vendor Eligibility

Vendors must:

  • Submit complete and accurate information via the Vendor Interest Form

  • Be respectful, inclusive, and family-friendly in all communication and services

  • Agree to this policy and any event-specific requirements before participating

 
Responsibility and Liability
  • Vendors are independently responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and delivery of their services or products.

  • Beautiful Homeschoolers is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses related to any vendor-provided product or service.

  • All vendors participate at their own risk.

If vendors are interacting directly with children (e.g., workshops, tutoring), they may be required to:

  • Submit references, background checks, or proof of credentials

  • Sign an additional agreement upon request

 
Insurance and Licensing

Vendors offering in-person services (especially involving minors) are encouraged to carry:

  • General liability insurance

  • Any professional licensing, if applicable

At this time, Beautiful Homeschoolers does not assume liability for vendor services or participant experiences.

 

Payment and Fees

All vendor fees are considered non-refundable donations that help support our mission. See our [Refund Policy] for full details.

 
Promotion and Listings

Approved vendors may be listed on our website or promoted in upcoming newsletters or events. Listings must:

  • Be educational, respectful, and aligned with our community values

  • Not make false or misleading claims

  • Be updated if any contact info or services change

We reserve the right to decline or remove listings at any time.

 
Code of Conduct

Vendors are expected to:

  • Interact professionally with families, students, and other vendors

  • Respect parental authority and boundaries

  • Maintain a safe, inclusive space free of discrimination, harassment, or unsafe behavior
