Beautiful Homeschoolers is committed to providing safe, enriching, and respectful opportunities for homeschooling families. This policy outlines expectations for any individual or business offering goods or services through our website or in-person programming.
Vendor Eligibility
Vendors must:

Submit complete and accurate information via the Vendor Interest Form

Be respectful, inclusive, and family-friendly in all communication and services

Agree to this policy and any event-specific requirements before participating
Responsibility and Liability

Vendors are independently responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and delivery of their services or products.

Beautiful Homeschoolers is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses related to any vendor-provided product or service.

All vendors participate at their own risk.
If vendors are interacting directly with children (e.g., workshops, tutoring), they may be required to:

Submit references, background checks, or proof of credentials

Sign an additional agreement upon request
Insurance and Licensing
Vendors offering in-person services (especially involving minors) are encouraged to carry:

Any professional licensing, if applicable
At this time, Beautiful Homeschoolers does not assume liability for vendor services or participant experiences.
Payment and Fees

Promotion and Listings
Approved vendors may be listed on our website or promoted in upcoming newsletters or events. Listings must:

Code of Conduct
Vendors are expected to:
