Parental Supervision
Beautiful Homeschoolers is a parent-led, volunteer-run organization. All children must be under the direct supervision of their parent, guardian, or a designated responsible adult at all times during events, programs, or classes. We do not provide childcare or drop-off services.
Media and Photography
Photos or videos may be taken at events and used for nonprofit promotional purposes.

We will not share identifiable images of minors without prior verbal or written consent from a parent or guardian.

Families who prefer not to be photographed may opt out by notifying us at events or via email.
Information Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13.

Any information regarding minors (such as name, age, or grade) must be submitted by a parent or guardian.

Safe Behavior Expectations
We expect all families and volunteers to:

Promote kindness, inclusion, and mutual respect

Refrain from any behavior that could be perceived as unsafe, harmful, or inappropriate

Follow the guidelines set by event organizers and hosts
Organizers reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if behavior endangers others or disrupts the environment.
Volunteer & Vendor Guidelines
Volunteers and vendors offering services to children must:

Interact with minors in a respectful and appropriate manner

Never be alone with a child who is not their own unless otherwise authorized by a parent

Comply with any additional screening or references required by the group or venue
Reporting Concerns
If you witness or experience behavior that raises concern for the safety or well-being of a child during a Beautiful Homeschoolers event, please report it to an organizer immediately. You can also contact us at: info@beautifulhomeschoolers.org
